Some of this beautiful home's electrical features are wonderful chandeliers in the foyer and dinning room, lots of recessed cans, networking for future computer needs, and a generator transfer switch for bad weather. Dr. Janice Bowers was the general contractor for this home. The Mrs. Lurita Drexmit residence on the bay near Magnolia Springs. This home was a pleasure to wire - the views were awesome! An elevator in this home makes getting up and down easier, the massive screened in porch has Hunter outdoor ceiling fans, plenty of receptacles and several telephone jacks.
